Meet The Owner

Born and raised in Orange County, Southern California, Briana always had an interest in the world of beauty. Upon graduating from high school, she enrolled in community college to study business and entrepreneurship, in which she continued with for two years. After that, she enrolled in Cosmetology school at Riverside City College in 2013.

She immediately started as an assistant at two different salons under two different stylists, and learned so much. From different types of extensions to blonding and wigs. The thing she loves most about being in the beauty industry is making people feel amazing about themselves.

Briana and her husband moved to Waco, Texas in 2016 in search of an easier lifestyle and cost of living. Waco caught her eye because it was smaller, yet had a lot of good amenities, and it was starting to grow a lot, which meant a lot of opportunities.

She quickly grew to love her clients and relationships she had formed in Waco, and knew she wanted to start her own business here. She opened Bloom Hair Studio in 2021 and the rest is history!

Creating Bloom has been a dream for Briana and she encourages women to not only come as they are, but feel full of life and beauty when they leave. Known for her blonding techniques, effortless lived-in color styles, and wedding/special occasion hairstyles, and she is consistently booked months in advance and currently taking on very limited new clients.
